Monthly Torah Study and Service 11 am

We study one aspect of the Chayei Sarah (Genesis/B’reishith / Chapters 6:9 –11:32).
This Parshah covers: the death of Sarah at age 127, and her burial in the Machpeilah Cave in Hevron. Avraham sends Eli’ezer to Haran to search for a wife for Yitzhak.
Rivkah is the second Matriarch of the Hebrews. Then Avraham marries Keturah (Hajar) and fathers six additional sons. Avraham dies at age 175 and is buried by his two eldest sons, Yitzchak and Yishmael.
Then after the morning service songs and prayers, we are in one Aliyah with the Torah Reading.
