Can God surpass culture\, homeland\, and extended family? Famine vs. Scarcity. Why was Sarai kidnapped by Pharoah. Why did Lot and Abram separate? What were the terebinths or holy trees? Why did Abram build many altars? Abram as the wealthy warrior. What about Melchizedek? Did he originate the blessings over the wine and the bread? The Covenant is prime. The Mystery Covenant between the pieces. God’s dialogues with Abram. Sarai\, Hagar\, and the birth of Ishmael. Hagar and the Angel. The Covenant in the Flesh. Only now does Abram become Abraham\, and Sarai becomes Sarah.
